Our MC9090 Time & Material repairs are typically completed in 5-7 business days. The repair time includes our 20 point initial inspection and 20 point QC inspection. Once our technicians review the MC9090 sent in for repair, we will provide a detailed estimate that lists necessary repairs and recommended repairs.
Necessary repairs are repairs that are needed to make the MC9090 function as intended. Without the necessary repairs, the MC9090 is impacting your production.
Recommend repairs include repairs that don’t impede the function of the MC9090, but are cosmetic repairs, ergonomic repairs, or repairs that should be made to avoid future repairs.
For example, a MC9090 handle may have peeling or missing the rubber. The unit is still fully functional, but may cause user fatigue or an increase in the user setting down the MC9090 scanner.
Parts Disclaimer
If possible, we try to use OEM parts. There are cases, where the OEM part isn’t available. If this is the case, we will use third party aftermarket parts that have been fully tested.
The MC9090 repair is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 months (90 Days) from date of shipment. The product must remain unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. The product warranty is through Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc.
The repair warranty does not cover:
- Abuse / Misuse of the device / negligence
- Issues that arise from using the device in an environment not consistent with the ‘User Environment’ described in the product spec sheet.
- Electrical surges
- Physical damage
- Liquid / Water damage
- Incompatibilities with software and/ or applications
- Any product that has been modified or tampered with
- Improper use of power supplies, communication cables, and/or ac line cords (plugs)
