Shipping & Delivery

Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground. On occasion, we may use USPS priority to ship to the west coast to cut down on transit times.

Used and refurbished equipment ship from the Midwest, primarily from IL. Most of the new equipment is shipped from distribution centers in Kentucky and Nevada.

The Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The Buyer is responsible for confirming the delivery address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a member of their organization is available to receive the equipment when the shipment requires a signature. If the Buyer requests an early a.m. delivery, the Buyer or a member of the Buyer’s organization must be available to receive the product.

If, the delivery service (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) is unable to delivery because an organization is closed, or a member of the organization is not available to receive the product, and the equipment was shipped using an expedited service, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to work with the delivery service to arrange for a pickup or request a re-delivery. Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc will be available to assist, but can not guarantee the requested solution.
